Tamarack’s world-renowned partner, The Greenbrier, manages Tamarack's signature food service, which attracts travelers and local residents for second helpings of fried green tomato sandwiches, Appalachian omelets, pan-fried trout, mouth-watering desserts and more.  

Your next group will be warmly welcomed at Tamarack and delighted with our comfortable setting. We offer a variety of meal plans for motor coach groups, as well as educational or entertaining experiences for all ages. The meal options are as follows:    

A Taste of West Virginia Food Court –
Cafeteria style service featuring a variety of West Virginia inspired cuisine.  Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Entree prices range from $5 to $10 each. Meals in the food court can be paid individually, with open meal vouchers allowing your guests to anything they would like, or pre-paid meal vouchers with a certain dollar limit, allowing for easy budgeting. Specials change daily.    

Private Group Dining –
Offered in a private dining area. Meals are available from selected menu items and prices range from $15 per person. 18% service charge and 6% tax apply.  

Boxed Meals –
Cold meals and refreshment packages are available.
